Mediterranean Dinner Party

Join Chef Farnia for a trip to the Mediterranean via a fork!  
Menu includes: Carrot and Ginger Soup: Carrot, onion, ginger, fennel, cream, lemon juice, orange zest
Passion Plate: Tabouli, parmesan cheese, olive oil, roasted garlics, balsamic vinegar, flat bread
Cheese and Olive Salad: Manchego, gorgonzola, dried fig, apple, tomato, olive, scallion, red onion, soaked walnut with date vinaigrette; Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto: Roasted butternut, arborio rice, parmesan cheese, white wine, dried cherries, butter, cream; Mediterranean Stuffed Salmon: Salmon, feta cheese, mascarpone cheese, arugula, fresh dill, Italian parsley, hazelnuts; Rolled Chocolate Baklava: Phyllo dough, sugar, pistachios, almond, rose water, cardamom, chocolate chip.
